Description

Designed to withstand the needs of the British Army, the Pro-Force Forces 66 Rucksack is a practical and comfortable bag for soldiers or civilians on expeditions.

Made from durable 1000D polyester fabric, it has been triple PU coated to help repel water and keep your kit dry. It has been made to stand up to tough use, with strong 10 gauge self-repair zips and easy to use UTX Flex buckles.

With a 66 litre capacity, this backpack has a large main compartment and six additional pockets for keeping your gear organised. Additional equipment can be added to the bag using the sewn-in webbing and D-rings, and there’s a bungee cord on the lid for holding your sleeping bag or a coat.

Ergonomically designed for better comfort

The back of the bag features an Airmesh funnel to improve ventilation and reduce sweating. It has been shaped and stiffened and can be adjusted to place the focus of the load at your waist, not your shoulders for easier carrying and less chance of muscle strain or injury.

The 8cm wide shoulder straps are padded and you can also adjust their length to achieve a better fit. Carrying comfort is further enhanced by the chest strap and a part padded waist strap, which can be adjusted.

Amazing for backpacking

Purchased this bag to go backpacking in Norway. Extremely sturdy and the build quality is excellent. Loads of space for a 3 season sleeping bag in the bottom compartment and fit a 2-man tunnel tent, sleeping pad and 5 days worth of clothing and MRE's in this with space to spare. Back support is great and all the adjustable straps are easy to use to configure to your preference. I had friends with more 'backpacking' orientated bags that felt like the material would rip if treated poorly. I feel like even if I tried to do damage to this bag I'd struggle! My only gripe with it is it's a tad on the heavy side but that's due to the materials being strong. I'd rather sacrifice weight elsewhere and have a bag that'll last for years to come

Highlander 66

Excellent bit of kit and plenty big enough,
if I filled up the 88 I’d never lift it. Can fit 2x 1L bottles in one side pouch which is great.

Quality Rucksack

Just returned from a rugged trip where this bag took a bit of a beating - held up great.

Comfortable on the back - good breathing ability, and that was with carting around 30lbs.

If I were to nit-pick, the cordage on the hood is great at snagging (but can easily be removed or modified in some way).

Yep, pleased I went for this bag.

Good Sack

Decent sack, perfect for overnight stomps as can carry enough kit to make the night comfortable. Ventilation is good but when the bag is fully loaded it limits the circulation somewhat meaning it wicks moisture from clothing. I have put this pack through a couple of really high intensity treks up and down the dales so to speak and it was fantastic.
