The Meindl Waterproof Mountain Boots were originally designed for the Special Forces Command of the German Armed Forces. Lined with Gore-Tex®, they are waterproof and built to withstand the toughest outdoor conditions, year-round.

Air circulation is increased using the Pumping System that pushes warm air out with each step and fresh air enters via vent holes on top of the boot. This helps in moisture control and keeps feet feeling fresher.

A rubber/polyurethane Vibram sole provides excellent grip in all weather conditions. They are heat, oil and gasoline resistant and EN ISO 20347:2012 compliant. The footbed is cushioned, anti-bacterial and moisture-repellent for optimal comfort.

A hook and D ring system allows the boots to be laced up at speed and enables you to adjust to your comfort level. The breathable felt pressed tongue assists in airflow and provides support.

Please note: These boots are used but in Supergrade serviceable condition. They are genuine issued surplus and fully functional but may show minimal wear to the heel and sole, mud and dirt trapped in the tread, and small scuff marks or scratches.

The boots arrived quickly and were described as super grade. As far as I’m concerned the boots were brand new, absolutely fantastic price for one of the best bookmakers. My last pair of Meindl’s are still going strong after 20 years. Very happy.

Brilliant !

Size 61/2 perfect fit ! I’m a 6 in normal footwear, but I can use my smartwool socks and still have toe splay room. These boots were delivered in pristine but ever so lightly used. Supergrade, and they fit the description. These are probably the most comfortable but supportive boots I’ve experienced. The sole is rigid so ideal for Munro’s and other craggy walks. I wouldn’t use these for light hikes or cliff walks as I need my sportivas or Salomons for the feedback underfoot, but these are definitely worth buying for serious hiking in the hills.
Haven’t tested the waterproofness yet but looking forward to winter hills in north east Scotland.
The only tiny downside is that they’re black but I’m not spending £200 more on brown meindls at my local craigdon !
Will shop here again, problem free ordering and delivery.

The super grade boots show very little signs of wear. A great boot for walking in rough terrain. The boot is waterproof unless you are in wet conditions for long periods of time and even then it is more from water wicking down from the top of the boot. I will buy this make of boot again when I need another pair of boots.
