These black Mil-Tec tactical side zip boots are tough, lightweight and comfortable boots ideal for security and law enforcement with a convenient side zip for a quick on and off.

Made with leather and Cordura nylon sections for breathability, the boots are also lined with thermal Thinsulate insulation with an EVA insulated foam insole, keeping your feet warm and dry in cold weather.

The high-quality YKK branded side zip is protected with a Velcro tab to prevent it unzipping and a 9-eyelet speed lacing system is useful when you need to use the laces.

The shock-absorbing slip-resistant rubber sole gives good grip in all weathers and the reinforced heel gives added protection.

While these boots are designed for security and law enforcement, they are also ideal if you need a quality lightweight and comfortable working boot.

Purchased these as I will be in Africa for 2 weeks on hiking safari. Thought best to wear them in, so started wearing to work.
Don't think I'm ever going to take them off. Perfect fit, wide enough for thicker socks if colder or you wanted to wear padded anti blister type socks. Laces give options to get comfortable fit, but then the zip gives you the faster way to put on and take off. The extra velcro across zip gives the reassurance that it won't get interfered with.
Honestly if I had any spare cash, I would get at least one other pair now.

Great boots

Perfect rugged, fitting boots. Easy zip which is very convenient for putting boots on and taking off in a pinch.
Sizing on the boot is little on the generous side so dropped a boot size and returned the originals with zero hassle from the Military Kit team. Kudos.

I cant rave enough about these boots . Recommend to a few of my work colleagues. Having gone from smart dress shoes for work to having these boots they are just as comfy . Keep my feet really warm . And even after 15h shift still comfortable to walk in . Highly Highly recommend these

As ever, great service from MK ! Wanted a pair of side zip boots, for dog walking and knocking about etc. Have got other, heavier boots for bad weather and heavy duty boots, so these are not for that kind of use. I have put a spray shoe protector on, hopefully to keep them looking ok, and for a bit of extra proofing. So far, they have proved comfortable and reasonably supportive. I was hoping, that once worn in and the laces sorted, I would only have to use the zip. Unfortunately, I have a high instep, so that plan hasn't worked. Hopefully once they have been more worn in that issue will sort itself out. Still pleased with them though, thank you MK.
