Very pleased with this jacket, ordered a Large initially which was too big for me, swapped for a Medium which is a much better fit.
Been out wearing this and a t-shirt when it has been freezing outside and was warm enough.

Brilliant coat, waterproof in rain showers. So comfortable. Glad the fleece liner comes out as its warmth is bonkers. Looks good with my ATC squadron patches on too. :)

Surplus M65 Field Jacket Olive

I recently purchased the M65 Field Jacket in size XXL, the quality of the jacket is excellent and the fit true to size and the materials and workmanship are excellent, it should keep you warm and dry in the winter but can also be used in summer without the lining.

Superb jacket, but for me it was too tight around the shoulders / biceps, I'm a 44 chest, very broad shoulders & quite large in the upper arm. So my son has nabbed it, he's a 42 chest & still a good build, it fits him like a glove, though he has said it's a little snug around his upper arms with the liner in. But that aside, a very well made jacket, certainly tough enough for most activities. So I can highly recommend this jacket, just be aware that if you're of a larger build it will be a snug fit, or if you're like me, too tight & your son will see the quality in it, so half inch it for themself!
